Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Qualitätsbegriff hat in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten einen evolutorischen Wandel durchlaufen. Doch um den Transformationsprozess zu einer nachhaltigen und zukunftsfähigen Wirtschaft erfolgreich zu gestalten, reichen Konzepte wie Stakeholder Value und Total Quality Management nicht mehr aus. Langfristige Nachhaltigkeit und gesellschaftliche Verantwortung in der Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung neuer Lösungen einzupreisen, muss der neue Anspruch sein. Aktuell scheitern selbst markteffiziente Innovationen noch viel zu häufig an der mangelnden Finanzierung. Statt sich auf vergangenheitsbezogene Daten zu fokussieren, muss die zukünftig mögliche Nutzenstiftung in einer Quality Economy systematisch einbezogen werden. Damit dies gelingt, braucht es regulatorische Änderungen, intelligente Deal- und Sicherheitenstrukturen, mehr digitale Elemente und eine stärkere gesellschaftliche Partizipation. Nur so kann die gesellschaftliche Transformation beschleunigt werden und es entstehen zusätzlich positive Effekte für die Vermögensverteilung und die Schaffung von neuen hochwertigen Arbeitsplätzen.
