Abstract

Zusammenfassung Martin Jendes „Führung in der Quality Economy“ analysiert die Evolution von Führungsstilen in einer zunehmend nachhaltigkeitsorientierten Wirtschaft. Der Autor argumentiert, dass herkömmliche autoritäre oder bürokratische Führungsstile in der Quality Economy, die ökologische und soziale Belange integriert, unzureichend sind. Stattdessen betont er die Notwendigkeit adaptiver, inklusiver und ethischer Führungsstile, um den komplexen Herausforderungen einer globalisierten Welt gerecht zu werden. Jende diskutiert verschiedene moderne Führungsstile wie transformationale, agile und regenerative Ansätze, die darauf abzielen, die Resilienz und Anpassungsfähigkeit von Organisationen zu verbessern. Er fordert eine neue Unternehmenskultur, die Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit priorisiert und von Führungskräften aktiv gefördert wird. Der Beitrag schließt mit konkreten Handlungsempfehlungen für Führungskräfte, die sich auf Veränderungsbereitschaft und die Entwicklung neuer Fähigkeiten konzentrieren, um eine effektive und nachhaltige Führung in der Quality Economy zu gewährleisten.
