Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Artikel „On the Way to New Work“ zeigt den möglichen Beitrag, der von Frithjof Bergman sogenannten „Neuen Arbeit“ auf die Gestaltung einer „Quality Economy“ auf. Mittels einer narrativen Brücke aus Geschichten des Podcasts „On the Way to New Work“ navigiert der Text durch das Spektrum von individueller Erfüllung und Transformation, über synergetische Dynamiken in Teams und Organisationen bis hin zu den gesellschaftlichen Auswirkungen von New Work. Es wird ein Panorama entfaltet, das aufzeigt, wie eine sinnorientierte Arbeitswelt nicht nur die Persönlichkeitsentwicklung fördert, sondern auch kollektive Resilienz stärkt und zu sozialer Innovation anregt. Der Artikel unterstreicht, dass New Work nicht nur Arbeitsmodelle reformiert, sondern vielmehr einen kulturellen Wandel repräsentiert, der das Fundament für eine zukunftsfähige und qualitativ ausgerichtete Wirtschaft legt.
