Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel soll die Bedeutung gesetzgeberischer Maßnahmen und deren Umsetzung, die sogenannte Regulierung, für eine Quality Economy betrachtet werden. Am Beispiel der regulierten Finanzindustrie wird beschrieben, welche Situationen zu Regulierungshandlungen führen, wie Regulierung eingesetzt wird, welche Schwierigkeiten im Umgang mit Regulierung auftreten können und wo die Regulierung ihre Grenzen der Wirksamkeit hat. Aus dem Blickwinkel der Unternehmenspraxis werden Handlungsempfehlungen an die Politik und die Verwaltung als diejenigen gegeben, welche als Gesetzgeber die Regulierung in Kraft setzen und durch Verwaltungshandeln umsetzen.
