Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Artikel untersucht die „Qualitative Ökonomie“ in der Immobilienwirtschaft im Vergleich zu den gängigen ESG-Kriterien. Er argumentiert, dass die Qualitative Ökonomie eine erweiterte Perspektive bietet, die über die üblichen Umwelt-, Sozial- und Gouvernance-Aspekte (ESG) hinausgeht. Dabei wird die Bedeutung von langfristiger Lebens- und Wohnqualität sowie umfassender Nachhaltigkeit betont. Der Beitrag behandelt die Herausforderungen der Immobilienbranche wie strenge gesetzliche Vorschriften und wirtschaftliche Unsicherheiten, die durch bestehende ESG-Standards nicht voll adressiert werden. Es wird aufgezeigt, dass innovative Ansätze notwendig sind, um die sozialen, ökologischen und ökonomischen Werte besser zu integrieren und nachhaltige Effekte zu erzielen. Die Betrachtung schließt mit der Forderung, bestehende Strukturen anzupassen und durch zukunftsorientierte Konzepte der Qualitativen Ökonomie zu erweitern, um langfristig positive Veränderungen in der Immobilienbranche zu fördern.
