Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag von Andreas Ronken im Buch „Quality Economy“ bietet eine tiefgreifende Betrachtung darüber, wie Unternehmen über traditionelle Gewinnmaximierung hinausgehen und durch nachhaltige Geschäftspraktiken einen positiven gesellschaftlichen Einfluss erzielen können. Er reflektiert seine Erfahrungen aus dem Fußball und dem Management, um die Wichtigkeit von Teamgeist und ethischem Handeln im Unternehmenskontext zu betonen. Zentral ist das Engagement des Familienunternehmens für nachhaltigen Kakaoanbau, indem direkte Kontakte zu Kakaobäuerinnen und -bauern gepflegt werden, um die Situation der Menschen und der Umwelt in den Anbauländern positiv zu beeinflussen.
