Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der vorliegende Buchbeitrag untersucht die Synergien zwischen Mensch und künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) für eine nachhaltige Energiewende. KI trägt signifikant zur Effizienzsteigerung bei und erweitert menschliche Fähigkeiten, indem sie kreative und strategische Denkprozesse fördert. Im HR-Bereich ermöglicht KI effizientere Rekrutierungsverfahren, die sowohl schneller auf Marktbedingungen reagieren als auch tiefer gehende Kandidatenbewertungen durchführen können. RWE nutzt KI in verschiedenen Organisationsbereichen zur Optimierung von Prozessen und zur Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden, wobei ethische Überlegungen und eine starke Governance essenziell sind, um den KI-Einsatz nachhaltig und verantwortungsvoll zu gestalten. Regulatorische Vorgaben wie der EU AI Act liefern darüber hinaus den notwendigen rechtlichen Rahmen zu ethischen Aspekten bei der Anwendung von KI in der Arbeitswelt.
