Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel führt Dich praxisnah und wissenschaftlich fundiert in vier grundlegende Führungsstile entlang des Kontinuums zwischen „Kontrolle behalten“ und „Kontrolle abgeben“ ein: direktive, konsultative, partizipative und empowernde Führung. Durch eine praxisnahe Anleitung für diese Führungsstile wirst Du befähigt, sie flexibel einzusetzen und die mit den jeweiligen Führungsstilen verbundenen Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Ein besonderer Baustein dieses Kapitels ist die Möglichkeit einer Standortbestimmung: Ein Selbsttest mit Auswertungsschema ermöglicht es Dir, Deinen eigenen Führungsstil zu ermitteln und Deine Ergebnisse mit einer Stichprobe von über 400 anderen Führungskräften zu vergleichen. Am Ende dieses Kapitels beherrschst Du alle notwendigen Techniken für die grundlegenden Führungsstile und bist darauf vorbereitet sie situativ einzusetzen.
