Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses einleitende Kapitel legt den Grundstein für das Verständnis von Führung und ihre Bedeutung für den Erfolg Deines Unternehmens. Einfache „Patentrezepte“ verkennen die Komplexität Deiner Führungsaufgabe im Alltag, deshalb plädiert dieses Buch für situative Führung. Um situativ zu führen passt du deinen Führungsstil flexibel an die jeweilige Situation und die Bedürfnisse deiner Mitarbeitenden an. Dieses Kapitel dient als Einführung in die Kunst situativer Führung und bereitet Dich auf die folgenden Kapitel vor, die Dir konkrete Werkzeuge für Deine Führungsarbeit geben. Die Kernbotschaft lautet: Wirksame Führung ist situationsabhängig!
