Abstract

Zusammenfassung An erster Stelle des Führungskreislaufs der Feuerwehr steht immer die Lagefeststellung. Sie ist von sehr großer Bedeutung, bildet sie doch die Grundlage für alle weiteren Planungen und die daraus resultierende Befehlsgebung zur Menschenrettung und Gefahrenabwehr. Das Ziel einer jeden Erkundung ist eine umfangreiche und strukturierte Informationsgewinnung über externe Faktoren (Zeit, Wetter etc.), das Schadensereignis und den daraus resultierenden Gefahren sowie die eigene Leistungsfähigkeit zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt. Die Autoren Daniel und Christian erörtern in diesem Kapitel die Grundlagen einer jeden Lagefeststellung und haben daraus zwei Führungsprinzipien absorbiert, die auch die Grundlage einer guten Projektorganisation bilden sollten. Anhand von Beispielen aus aktuellem Einsatzgeschehen werden diese anschaulich dargestellt und erläutert.
