Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kennzahlen und Richtwerte sind unentbehrliche Bestandteile eines funktionierenden Franchisesystems. Der Franchisegeber sowie der Franchisenehmer können von der Nutzung der Kennzahlen profitieren. Dem Franchisegeber eröffnet sich die Möglichkeit, sein Franchisesystem im Detail zu analysieren und seine Standorte untereinander zu vergleichen. Die Rentabilität für den Franchisenehmer und das System wird kalkulierbar, Aktivitäten und Aktionen können anhand von Kennzahlen gesteuert werden. Natürlich ist hierbei zu beachten, dass sich Konzeptinhalte, Vertriebsanforderungen und Kommunikationswege je nach Branche in der Kennzahlenanalyse und in dessen Rechenmechanik unterscheiden können. Somit hat jede Branche und jedes Franchisesystem seine eignen Analysepunkte bis hin zur internen Bezeichnung von Kennzahlen.
