Abstract

Zusammenfassung Schon im ersten Teil dieses Buches habe ich empfohlen, regelmäßig Selbstreflexion anzuwenden. Mit einem solchermaßen möglichen Helikopter-Blick sollten sich auch Nachwuchs-Manager selbst Rechenschaft über ihr Tun im beruflichen und privaten Leben geben und dies mit ihren persönlichen Zielsetzungen vergleichen. Diese kritische Selbstreflexion sollte zu den besonders wichtigen Maßnahmen jeder Führungskraft zählen, da es die Selbstoptimierung fördert.
