Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Notwendigkeit der ständigen Weiterbildung und des lebenslangen Lernens sollte eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein. Dies betrifft nicht nur Weiterbildungs-Maßnahmen über externe Seminare oder über Fachliteratur, sondern insbesondere das Lernen im Job und an den beruflichen Herausforderungen.
