Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ein Chatbot (ursprünglich Chatterbot) ist eine intelligente Softwareanwendung, die darauf abzielt, menschliche Konversationen durch Text- oder Sprachinteraktionen, typischerweise online, nachzuahmen. Moderne Chatbots sind Systeme der künstlichen Intelligenz (KI), die in der Lage sind, ein Gespräch mit einem Benutzer in natürlicher Sprache zu führen und das Verhalten eines Menschen als Gesprächspartner zu simulieren (Bruns und Kowald 2023). Solche Technologien nutzen häufig Aspekte des Deep Learning und der Verarbeitung natürlicher Sprache.
