Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Produkt- und Dienstleistungsportfolio eines Unternehmens kann sowohl die Ursache für die Schieflage eines Unternehmens sein als auch der Schlüssel für seinen zukünftigen Erfolg. Dabei ist vergangener und aktueller Erfolg keinerlei Garantie für den zukünftigen Erfolg des Unternehmens. Nutzen Sie die Restrukturierung zur Schaffung eines ausgewogenen und nachhaltigen Produkt- und Leistungsportfolios. Restrukturierung bedeutet nicht, dass alles im Unternehmen verändert werden muss. Überdenken Sie genau, welche Veränderungen für den nachhaltigen Erfolg des Unternehmens tatsächlich erforderlich sind, und halten Sie an bestehenden guten Lösungen fest. Die strategischen Stoßrichtungen der Restrukturierung sind somit Verbesserung, Bereinigung und/oder Innovation. Fragen Sie sich nicht, wie viel ein Produkt oder eine Leistung kosten muss, sondern kosten darf. Restrukturierungen erlauben es Ihnen, die Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation des Unternehmens so zu gestalten, dass die aus dem Target Costing hervorgehenden Kostenvorgaben und die damit verbundene Wettbewerbsfähigkeit tatsächlich erreicht werden können.
