Abstract

Zusammenfassung Trotz ihrer Komplexität können Restrukturierungen, bei Beachtung der sieben Bausteine und der Ausarbeitung der „richtigen“ Vorgehensweise, von den Verantwortlichen erfolgreich gemeistert werden. Dabei sind die für jedes Projekt besonderen Aspekte innerhalb der sieben Bausteine zu berücksichtigen. Aber abgesehen vom Unternehmen sollten auch die verantwortlichen Menschen die Restrukturierung erfolgreich absolvieren. Dafür bedarf es eines abgeklärten Umgangs mit politischen Machtspielen, charakterlicher Stärke, dem Mut auch unpopuläre Entscheidungen für sich zu treffen sowie das eigene Wohl und die Gesundheit nicht zu vernachlässigen. Versuchen Sie daher, sich mit Dingen zu beschäftigen, die Ihnen Freude bereiten. Wenn dazu auch Restrukturierungen gehören – umso besser.
