Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Einbindung von Enterprise-Architektur in den agilen Projektalltag ist ein wichtiger Schritt, um eine langfristig erfolgreiche und nachhaltige IT-Landschaft zu entwickeln. In der agilen Softwareentwicklung stehen Flexibilität, schnelle Lieferung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung im Vordergrund. Dieses Kapitel zeigt, wie Enterprise-Architekten in einem agilen Umfeld Ziel-Architekturen in mehreren Ausbaustufen taktisch planen können. Es wird ein agiles Target-Operating-Modell vorgestellt, das speziell die Anwendung des SAFe-Frameworks auf ein beispielhaftes Unternehmen aus der Energiebranche darlegt und die Rolle verdeutlicht, die Enterprise-Architekten darin haben. Abschließend wird die Bedeutung des Managements von Standards im Zeitalter der Digitalisierung für Enterprise-Architekten anhand einer Referenzarchitektur für die API-Ökonomie erläutert.
