Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel werden der Zusammenhang zwischen Prozessen (Ablauforganisation) und (Aufbau-) Organisation diskutiert und Leitlinien zur Gestaltung einer prozessorientierten Organisation im Supply-Chain-Umfeld vorgestellt. Hierzu werden zunächst (vgl. Abschn. 5.1) die grundlegenden Herausforderungen bei der Organisationsgestaltung angerissen, die klassische Vorgehensweise der Betriebswirtschaft zum Aufbau einer funktionalen Organisation erläutert sowie die prozessorientierte Organisationsgestaltung als Gegenpol vorgestellt. In einem zweiten Abschnitt (vgl. Abschn. 5.2) werden anwendungsorientiert spezielle Leitlinien zur Gestaltung einer prozessorientierten Einkaufsorganisation behandelt. Im dritten Abschnitt (vgl. Abschn. 5.3) werden die Strömungen des agilen Managements und deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten in Einkauf und Logistik diskutiert. Im vierten Abschnitt (vgl. Abschn. 5.4) werden vor dem Hintergrund der hohen Volatilität und Unsicherheit im Supply Chain-Umfeld abrundend Leitlinien zur Gestaltung einer resilienten Organisation präsentiert. Schließlich wird im fünften Abschnitt auf die Begleitung der Veränderung zu einer neuen Organisationsform eingegangen (vgl. Abschn. 5.5).
