Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) bildet das Herzstück der nachhaltigen Transformation: Sie verknüpft ökonomische, ökologische und soziale Zielsetzungen und bildet damit die Basis für das Capacity Building, das die nachhaltige Organisationsentwicklung mit der dafür verantwortlichen Personalentwicklung engmaschig verbindet. Das Capacity Building der Zukunft geht noch darüber hinaus: Es integriert in diese Entwicklungsprozesse wesentliche Aspekte der Persönlichkeitsentwicklung, um höchst anspruchsvollen Führungs- und Teamaufgaben gerecht zu werden. CSR fordert diese Fähigkeiten heraus, weil die dräuenden Risiken ein immer komplexeres Umfeld darstellen, dem es adäquat zu begegnen gilt. Zudem bezieht das künftige Capacity Building vielschichtige Prozesse der Digitalisierung und der virtuellen Kooperation mit ein. Entsprechend wandelt sich die Corporate Social Responsibility zur Corporate Digital Responsibility (CDR), um vernetztes Lernen sowie nachhaltige Entscheidungen und Abläufe zu beschleunigen und zu qualifizieren.
