Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wer sich als Entrepreneur und Unternehmen selbst bewusst ist und seine strategische Ausrichtung kennt, kann im operativen Alltag auch glaubwürdig handeln und charakterstark kommunizieren. Ein klares Markenprofil ist nicht mehr länger nur eine Option, sondern klarer Handlungsauftrag, der danach strebt, sich in Realität zu entfalten – genau wie die Raupe im engen Kokon den Tag herbeisehnt, an dem sie endlich innerlich ganz frei ist, das erste Mal ihre Flügel schlägt, losfliegt und ihre Welt einnimmt. Die Strategie einer Marke strahlt dann ganzheitlich auf das Leistungsportfolio, auf Führung und Teamkultur aus und prägt Kommunikation sowie Erscheinungsbild.
