Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Anschluss an die Ausführungen zu den Vorbereitungsmaßnahmen ist in Kap. 9 die Durchführung eines Corporate Think Tanks Gegenstand der Betrachtung. Drei Themen stehen im Vordergrund: Das Aufzeigen einiger beispielhafter Projekt- und Ablaufpläne, um darzustellen, wie diese in einer Denkfabrik den strukturellen Rahmen sichern und die zielführende Arbeit unterstützen können (Abschn. 9.1). Die Betrachtung von divergenten und konvergenten Arbeitsphasen, um dafür zu sensibilisieren, auf welche Weise der Moderator im Hinblick auf begrenzte Zeit steuernd eingreifen sollte (Abschn. 9.2). Praxistipps zu schwierigen Situationen in Corporate Think Tanks, um zu verdeutlichen, wie sich ein Projektleiter oder Moderator auf etwaige Unwägbarkeiten und Probleme einstellen kann (Abschn. 9.3).
