Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Anschluss an die Durchführung eines Corporate Think Tanks sollte man sich die Zeit für einen kritischen Rückblick nehmen, um für weitere Projekte zu lernen. Kap. 11 schließt mit einer systematischen Auflistung von Vor- und Nachteilen der unternehmerischen Denkfabriken. Corporate Think Tanks wurden in dem vorliegenden Buch als zukunftsgerichtete Foren beschrieben, in denen vielfältige Themen in den unterschiedlichsten Formaten behandelt werden. Sie können erstaunliche Kreativität freisetzen und innovative Ideen sowie Konzepte hervorbringen. Die Durchführung von Denkfabriken ist mit finanziellem und organisatorischem Aufwand verbunden, und letztendlich gibt es keine Erfolgsgarantie. Dennoch überwiegen die Chancen von Corporate Think Tanks.
