Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ist es echt Zeit? Zeit ist der Faktor geworden, der für Kunden und Geschäftspartner den Unterschied bei Unternehmen, Produkten und Dienstleistungen macht. So sind Firmen immer mehr auf der Suche nach neuen digitalen Services für ihre Klientel. Now-Marketing ist das Bindeglied zwischen Echtzeitmarketing und digitalen Services bzw. Mehrwerten für Kunden und Geschäftspartner. In diesem Beitrag geht es darum, den gesellschaftlichen Wandel und Zusammenhänge zu Technologie und Auswirkungen auf Unternehmen und deren Kommunikation zur Zielgruppe zu verstehen sowie die Möglichkeiten einer gewandelten Unternehmensorganisation und -kultur zu begreifen. Praktische Beispiele und Möglichkeiten zur Umsetzung ergänzen den theoretischen Leitfaden.
