Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Digitalisierung und die Globalisierung sind zwei der größten aktuellen Herausforderungen für Unternehmen jeglicher Größe. Um den Kunden heute, morgen und noch in vielen Jahren ein relevantes Angebot machen zu können, müssen Unternehmen sich und ihr Portfolio immer schneller an neue Marktsituationen und Anforderungen anpassen. Mithilfe von gezieltem Business Development ist dies möglich. Durch einen konsequenten Fokus auf die Kunden kann mithilfe von Business Development das Unternehmen kunden- und zukunftsorientiert aufgestellt werden. In diesem Beitrag wird beschrieben, was Business Development ist, welche Voraussetzungen es mit sich bringt und wie es effizient in einem Unternehmen eingebunden werden kann.
