Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der auf der Potenzialanalyse beruhende Report erlaubt eine Beschreibung des Kommunikationsstils, den ein Mensch bevorzugt. So ist es auch Paula Paulsen möglich, ihre Wirkung auf andere Personen einzuschätzen und ihren Kommunikationsstil ihren Gesprächspartnern anzupassen. Und die Entscheider im Unternehmen haben die Möglichkeit, ihre Mitarbeitenden dort einzusetzen, wo deren Kommunikationsstil zum Beispiel der Verbesserung einer Geschäftspartnerschaft förderlich ist.
