Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Fokus stehen zwei Anwendungsbereiche der Potenzialanalyse, die für die Unternehmen relevant sind: die Themen „Recruiting und Personalauswahl“ sowie „Mitarbeiterführung“. Die Ergebnisse der Potenzialanalyse bieten Hinweise, wie sich der „War for Talents“ gewinnen lässt und Mitarbeitende so geführt werden sollten, dass sie eine Topperformance entwickeln. Ziel ist jeweils, zu einer guten Passung – einem Match – zu gelangen: zwischen Bewerbern und vakanter Stelle beziehungsweise zwischen der Führungsarbeit der Führungskräfte und den Mitarbeitenden.
