Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Übertragung von Informationen zwischen unterschiedlichen Teilhabern im Gesundheitssystem ist eine allgegenwärtige Herausforderung. Strukturen, die es ermöglichen, große Mengen an strukturierten, halbstrukturierten und unstrukturierten Daten in ihrer Rohform zu speichern und zu verwalten, können Abhilfe schaffen. Die interoperable Verfügbarkeit dieser Daten lässt ein „Ökosystem“ entstehen. Dieses wird Grundlage für die Anwendung skalierbarer Services, sodass die Basis für die Struktur eines Gesundheitsökosystems entsteht. „Apps“ wie im Consumer-Bereich fördern die Interaktion der Benutzer und verbessern Gesundheitsprozesse. Durch eine Ansammlung von Systemen verschiedener Unternehmen und Institutionen, die gemeinschaftlich im Bereich der künstlichen Intelligenz (KI) tätig sind, kann dann ein informelles Künstliche-Intelligenz-Ökosystem entstehen. Big Tech kann eine sichere und skalierbare Plattform für die Verwaltung und Analyse großer Mengen von Gesundheitsdaten liefern.
