Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel gibt einen umfassenden Überblick über die Digitalisierung im chinesischen Gesundheitswesen. Es werden die Grundlagen des Gesundheitssystems erläutert sowie die Eckpfeiler und der aktuelle Stand der Digitalisierungsstrategie aufgezeigt. Ein besonderes Augenmerk wird auf die Datenverarbeitung gelegt, einschließlich der Datenerhebung, -speicherung, -verfügbarkeit und -nutzung. Dabei wird zwischen Routineversorgung und Forschung unterschieden. Darüber hinaus werden erfolgreiche Anwendungsbeispiele vorgestellt, die die Effektivität der Digitalisierung unterstreichen. Der Beitrag beleuchtet zudem den Weg zur Akzeptanz und Integration digitaler Lösungen sowie das Feedback von Beschäftigten im Gesundheitswesen und Patienten auf Basis einschlägiger Studien. Zudem wird der internationale Austausch von Ansätzen und Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten thematisiert. Diese Zusammenfassung vermittelt einen fundierten Einblick in die Digitalisierung im chinesischen Gesundheitswesen.
