Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Gesundheitsversorgung in Finnland steht, wie in Deutschland und anderen Ländern, vor Herausforderungen wie einer alternden Gesellschaft, Mangel an Fachpersonal, wirtschaftlichem Druck und Forderungen nach hoher Leistungsqualität. Das Land hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, eines der fortschrittlichsten Gesundheitssysteme zu schaffen, das mithilfe innovativer Technologien und digitaler Lösungen die Qualität der Versorgung verbessert, Effizienz steigert und Fortschritt unterstützt. Dieser Beitrag beschreibt den Weg in diese Zukunft mit seinen Strategien, Fallstricken und Erfolgsmodellen. Eine relevante Rolle spielen hierbei auch der grenzübergreifende Datenaustausch und die Umsetzung von EU-Rahmenvorgaben insbesondere im Kontext der Erreichung von Interoperabilität und der Anwendung künstlicher Intelligenz.
