Abstract

Zusammenfassung Mit der digitalen Transformation ergeben sich diverse Veränderungen im klinischen Alltag. In diesem fließenden Prozess muss sich Klinikpersonal konstant auf die Implementation und Weiterentwicklung neuer Anwendungen und Konzepte neu einstellen. Neben den technischen Anforderungen stellt es eine große Herausforderung dar, sämtliche Mitarbeitenden über die Berufsgruppen hinweg in diesem Prozess angemessen anzuleiten, in die effektive Umsetzung zu bringen und zu motivieren. Im folgenden Kapitel soll am Beispiel der Einführung einer digitalen Kurve im Krankenhaus als Teil der elektronischen Krankenhausdokumentation dargestellt werden, welche Instrumente des Managements im Kontext der Digitalstrategie eine Rolle spielen, bzw. wie Professionalisierung, Führung und Mitarbeitermotivation konkreter aussehen können.
