Abstract

Zusammenfassung Durch die anstehenden Reformen im Gesundheitswesen und den damit verbundenen Veränderungen im Leistungsbereich der Kliniken ist eine unmittelbarere digitale Transformation angestoßen worden. Bisher wurde bei einer Vielzahl der deutschen Kliniken der Wertschöpfungsfaktor Daten nicht berücksichtigt. Um die nicht mehr umkehrbare Transformation zu digitalen Geschäftsmodellen und zu digitalen Prozessunterstützungen zu ermöglichen, müssen vorhandene Strukturen in Frage gestellt und neu gedacht werden. Ein Ansatz ist die Umgestaltung des Krankenhauses und dessen Prozesse in eine datengetriebene Organisation mit datengetriebenen, digitalen Prozessen. Dabei können die bisher nicht genutzten Potenziale durch Anwendung und Umsetzung einer datengetriebenen Prozessorganisation bestmöglich gesteuert und optimiert werden.
