Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der volkswirtschaftliche Schaden einer nicht realisierten Digitalisierung der Klinikwelt ist schwer zu quantifizieren, führt aber dazu, dass ein großer Teil der verfügbaren klinischen Arbeitszeit an die Bürokratie verloren geht. Digitalisierung, die einen mess- und fühlbaren praktischen Nutzen im klinischen Alltag erzeugt, ist eine Möglichkeit, um den Digitalisierungsnutzen in den klinischen Alltag zu integrieren, bei gleichzeitiger Akzeptanz aller daran Beteiligten. Der klinische Alltag selbst lässt sich als ein Geflecht aus einzelnen, gewachsenen, lose rückgekoppelten Arbeitsprozessen beschreiben. Nützliche Digitalisierung greift diese Realität auf und entwickelt sie evolutionär weiter, um zu einem Ergebnis zu kommen. Für diese Problemstellung wurde der theoretische Ansatz der Inkrementellen Prozess Automation (INPA) entwickelt. INPA ist in der Lage, die divergenten Ansprüche von individuellem Patientenschicksal und Massenaspekt des Klinikbetriebes zu versöhnen und die notwendige Kohärenz im Arbeitsalltag herzustellen.
