Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Prozessmanagement ist die Basis, ohne welche eine Prozessanalyse nicht möglich ist. Prozesse werden zumeist getrieben durch die Anforderungen des jeweiligen Qualitätsmanagementsystems. Herausforderungen ergeben sich durch tradierte Linienorganisationen sowie die Unterteilung in Kern-, Unterstützungs- und Managementprozessen mit den daraus resultierenden, hoch diversen Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten. Die Digitalisierung und die mit dieser verbundene Datenverfügbarkeit schafft neue Interaktionen zwischen Prozessaktivitäten, Prozessfragmenten und ganzen Prozessketten sowie zwischen Prozess und Mensch. Prozessmanagement bedarf somit einer multiperspektivischen Betrachtung von Mensch, Technik und Prozess. In diesem Dreiklang ergeben sich unter Berücksichtigung steigender Volatilität Stärken, um die prozessanalytischen Ergebnisse durch Health Data Management (HDM) zur strategischen Steuerung heranziehen zu können.
