Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die zentrale Herausforderung in der Digitalisierung liegt nicht im dem Vorhandensein von Tools und Instrumenten, wie etwa einer formulierten Digital-/IT-Strategie, die eine syntaktische und semantische Interoperabilität beinhaltet und somit die Telematikinfrastruktur (TI) 2.0 als Zielbild vor Augen hat, (Meier, 2022) oder aber in der Auflösung des digitalen Investitionsstaus, sondern eher in der Bewusstwerdung, dass bei der digitalen Transformation etablierte und funktionale Geschäftsprozesse, ob analog oder elektronisch, dekonstruiert werden (Meier, 2019) und somit eine digitale Agenda mit klarem Zielbild vorhanden sein sollte. Die Abb. 1 und 2 zeigen die digitale Agenda und das Zielbild der Hospitalgemeinschaft Hosp.Do.IT und ihrer Mitglieder.
