Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Forderung nach einer einfachen, interoperablen Kommunikation zwischen Applikationen im Gesundheitswesen besteht schon seit der Einführung der ersten IT-Applikationen in den Krankenhäusern in den 1960er-Jahren. Aus diesem Grund wurden Nachrichtenstandards wie HL7v2 entwickelt. Da dieses aber nicht zum Erfolg geführt hat, wurden diese Standards später mittels IHE weiter spezialisiert. Im Laufe der Jahre kamen später neue Standards wie HL7v3 inklusive CDA (Clinical Document Architecture) und aktuell FHIR® hinzu. Das nachfolgende Kapitel wirft einen Blick auf Kommunikationsstandards und die Probleme, die echte Interoperabilität bisher verhindert haben und beschreibt, was eine Interoperabilitätsplattform ist und welche Herausforderungen für die Kliniken sich daraus ergeben. Zudem werden eine exemplarische Architektur und Use-Cases aufgezeigt.
