Nutzung einer strategischen Datendrehscheibe bei der AMEOS Gruppe

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die AMEOS-Gruppe strebt als eigentümergeführte Klinikkette mit Krankenhäusern, Poliklinika, Reha-, Pflege- und Eingliederungseinrichtungen eine sektorenübergreifende, medienbruchfreie digitale Vernetzung der eigenen Organisation an. Die Digitalisierung der eigenen Prozesse und die medienbruchfreie Kommunikation und Weitergabe von Informationen wird als Fundament einer erfolgreichen Zukunft gesehen. Hierfür ist eine Compliance-gerechte Verfügbarkeit der entsprechenden klinischen Daten und Dokumente erforderlich. Die Einführung und der Aufbau einer Interoperabilitäts- und Kommunikationsplattform unter Beachtung und Integration internationaler Profile und dort enthaltener Kommunikationsstandards liefert die dafür notwendige Grundlage. Für die Umsetzung einer IOP werden Experten mit entsprechendem Wissen und Zeit benötigt. Auch die notwendigen finanziellen Mittel bringen einige Herausforderungen mit sich. Dieser Beitrag widmet sich der praktischen Herangehensweise, den Herausforderungen und Lösungen bei der Umsetzung einer solchen IOP.
