Informationssicherheit bei Digitalisierungsprojekten in Krankenhäusern

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Angesichts der weiterhin steigenden Cyberbedrohungen gewinnt die Informationssicherheit weiter an Bedeutung. Leider wird dieses Thema gerade im Projektumfeld häufig noch vernachlässigt. Unabhängig von den angestrebten Projektnutzen und -zielen werden diese dauerhaft nur eintreten, wenn sie auch durch ein Korsett an Maßnahmen unterstützt und geschützt werden, die Informationssicherheit in Projekten etabliert. Wird Informationssicherheit lediglich als „lästiges Anhängsel“ betrachtet, kann der Projekterfolg wesentlich beeinträchtigt werden. Es ist daher wichtig, im Rahmen des Projektmanagements mögliche Abhängigkeiten von und zu anderen Managementprozessen und Vorgaben aus verschiedenen Regelwerken, die für ein Krankenhaus gelten zu identifizieren, um so Informationssicherheit in Projekten direkt zu etablieren.
