Digitale Transformation im Krankenhaus – Wo stehen wir? Ein Realitätscheck

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Kapitel betrachtet die Ausgangslage für die Digitale Transformation im Krankenhaus. Studien zeigen, dass die Digitalisierung in Krankenhäusern zu etwa 50 % umgesetzt ist. Es gibt Defizite in Bereichen wie klinikübergreifender Informationsaustausch, Telehealth und Patientenpartizipation. Die Systemlandschaft eines Krankenhauses umfasst mehrere Ebenen, von der Benutzerschnittstelle bis zur Datenhaltung. Interoperabilitätsplattformen (IOP) setzen auf Standards und eine einrichtungsweite Datenhaltung zur Reduktion der Herstellerabhängigkeit und mehr Kontrolle über den Datenbestand. Einrichtungsintern bestehen Herausforderungen in Bezug auf die Strukturierung und semantische Annotation digitaler Daten. Einrichtungsübergreifend begrenzt unter anderem die Verfügbarkeit von Diensten und Anwendungen der Telematikinfrastruktur (TI) deren Nutzung. Das Krankenhauszukunftsgesetz (KHZG) und die Pflicht zur Umsetzung der ISiK-Spezifikation werden die Systemlandschaft weiterentwickeln. Die Bewertung der Entwicklung der Digitalen Transformation im Krankenhaus erfordern weitere Untersuchungen.
