Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die digitale Transformation bringt neue Berufsbilder im Krankenhaus mit sich, die neben dem Chief Information Officer (CIO) die digitale Transformation mitgestalten und immer mehr Verbreitung finden. Der/die Chief Digital Officer (CDO) ist maßgeblich verantwortlich für die Projektleitung des Mega-Projekts „Digitale Transformation“ und trägt damit die strategische Verantwortung für den Transformationsprozess. Der/die Health Data Officer (HDO) zeichnet sich verantwortlich für die Daten-Strategie und das operative Datenmanagement. Der/die Chief Process Officer (CPO) mit Team ist verantwortlich für die Planung, Überwachung und Steuerung aller Versorgungsprozesse eines Krankenhauses. Gemeinsam verantworten all diese Berufsgruppen eine digital vernetzte Versorgungsstruktur, die ein professionelles Health Data Management ermöglicht.
