Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Management von Gesundheitsdaten für deren Nutzung in Forschung und Wissenschaft erfordert neue Tätigkeitsfelder der Medical Data Science, in denen regulatorische und inhaltliche Anforderungen an die Datennutzung fachlich bearbeitet werden. Grundlage dafür sind die FAIR-Prinzipien: Gesundheitsdaten müssen gut auffindbar, für Forschung zugänglich, interoperabel nutzbar sowie projektübergreifend wiederverwendbar sein. Darüber hinaus ist die verstärkte Kooperation der verschiedenen Disziplinen aus Klinik und Forschung, aus Medizininformatik und aus Biostatistik sowohl im personellen als auch im organisatorischen Bereich unerlässlich, bis hin Zusammenarbeit im Rahmen einer nationalen Gesundheitsforschungsdateninfrastruktur, mittels derer ein nachhaltiges Datenmanagement im Kontext der biomedizinischen Forschung insgesamt etabliert werden kann.
