Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Kenntnis über den aktuellen Stand der Krise, in der sich das Unternehmen befindet, ist wichtig, um den Krisenfortschritt und das Ausmaß der Bedrohung beurteilen und einordnen zu können. Je früher eine Krisensituation erkannt wird, umso umfassender sind die Optionen zur Krisenbewältigung. Vor allem bei globalen Störfaktoren und langfristigen Entwicklungstrends ist das frühzeitige Erkennen und Überwachen von potenziellen Bedrohungen, bevor tatsächlich eine Krisensituation eintritt, von Bedeutung; hier spielt das Risikomanagement eine zentrale Rolle. Darüber hinaus werden weitere Instrumente zur Krisenerkennung und zur Analyse von Krisenfortschritt und Krisenursachen dargestellt, wobei insbesondere auf die Möglichkeiten, die sich aus den unternehmensbezogenen Reporting- und Planungs- und Steuerungssystemen ergeben, eingegangen wird.
