Abstract

Zusammenfassung Krisen verlaufen in unterschiedlichen Phasen, die sich anhand unterschiedlicher Modelle bzw. Typologien verdeutlichen lassen. Werden beim Verlauf bzw. der Entwicklung einer Krise keine Gegenmaßnahmen getroffen, verschärfen sich die Auswirkungen der Krise zunehmend und können im Extremfall zur Vernichtung der Existenz des Unternehmens führen. Krisen können somit gravierende Auswirkungen auf das Unternehmen, aber auch auf die mit dem Unternehmen verbundenen Stakeholder, die in der Krisensituation unterschiedliche Ziele verfolgen, haben.
