Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel soll den Trainingsteilnehmern einige theoretische Zusammenhänge nahebringen und sie entweder auf das Training einstimmen oder ihnen als Nachbereitung dienen können. Zusätzlich soll es den Teilnehmern aber auch ermöglichen, dass sie sich in Bezug auf das eigene Verhandlungsverhalten besser kennenlernen und die eigenen Einstellungen zu Verhandlungssituationen hinterfragen. Selbst wenn Sie im Unternehmen keine große Trainingsveranstaltung durchführen möchten, so bietet Ihnen diese Selbstlernunterlage eine Möglichkeit, die Grundlagen zu erlernen, die Sie dann im Kollegenkreis und den Rollenspielen einfach austesten können.
