Transformation aus der Mitte bei Seminaris

Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Beitrag wird der Veränderungsprozess der Unternehmens- und Führungskultur der Seminaris Hotelgruppe beschrieben. Die Top-down-Veränderung führte anfangs zu einem ersten Scheitern des Transformationsprozesses. Erst der zweite Anlauf als Transformation aus der Mitte zeigte Erfolg. Hierbei entschied sich die Seminaris Hotelgruppe neben einer räumlichen Veränderung auch für die Transformation der eigenen Arbeitsstrukturen in Richtung Arbeit 4.0 und New Work. Für eine nachhaltige Veränderung wurden die Transformation der persönlichen Ansichten und Überzeugungen aller Mitarbeitenden nötig. Dieser Prozess erfolgte in Partizipation mit den Mitarbeitenden, der Change-Abteilung und dem Transformationsmanager.
