New Work und Human Resources Management – ein konzeptioneller Überblick

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag analysiert die Gestaltung von New Work im Rahmen des Human Resources Management (HRM) und die sich dabei verändernde Rolle der Personalabteilung (HR). Dabei wird auch auf die veränderten Anforderungen in Hinblick auf die Kompetenzen der HR-Verantwortlichen sowie auf die erforderlichen Ressourcen für die HR-Arbeit eingegangen. Basierend auf einer exemplarischen Analyse von HR-Trendstudien wird im Anschluss aufgezeigt, welche aktuellen Themen im HRM Unternehmen beschäftigen, die in den New-Work-Kontext eingeordnet werden können. In Hinblick auf die Tourismusbranche werden Ist-Situation und Handlungsbedarf und aktuelle Entwicklungen im HRM dargestellt sowie die Bedeutsamkeit der aktiven Gestaltung von New-Work-Themen im Tourismus anhand von Studien skizziert. Der letzte Teil beschäftigt sich mit verschiedenen Handlungsfeldern von New Work unter HRM-Perspektive und in Bezug auf die Tourismusbranche. Der Beitrag zeigt auf, dass New Work die strategische Bedeutung von HRM im Tourismus verstärkt und gleichzeitig ein großer Handlungsdruck im HRM besteht.
