Abstract

Zusammenfassung Künstliche Intelligenz (AI) ist derzeit in aller Munde. Normalerweise bleiben wir in der Rechtsberatung von Begriffen wie „hype“ oder „viral“ verschont – neue technologische Entwicklungen werden erstmal sehr skeptisch gesehen. Wenn es sich überhaupt herausstellt, dass eine Anwendung für uns in Frage kommt, dauert es zumeist lange, bis diese getestet und validiert werden kann. Dies ist auch verständlich: Die Rechtsbranche hat die Herausforderung, dass wir mit sensiblen und vertraulichen Daten von und für unsere Mandanten arbeiten, um komplexe Rechtsprobleme zu lösen. Daher werden Themen wie Standesrechtliche Anforderungen, Information Security, Data Loss Prevention, GDPR (Datenschutzgrundverordnung) etc. sehr genau geprüft, bevor eine neue Lösung oder Technologie überhaupt eingeführt wird.
