Abstract

Zusammenfassung Warum ist eine gute, präzise Prognose so schwer? Sie scheint es zumindest zu sein, wenn wir die Leistungsfähigkeit von Prognosen in Unternehmen als Maßstab nehmen. Doch im Grunde genommen ist sie nicht „schwer“, sie ist lediglich „anspruchsvoll“. Das Kap. 3 zeigt bereits einen Weg, zu einer guten, präzisen Vertriebsprognose zu kommen, der eine wichtige Rolle als Grundlage der Bereichs- und Unternehmensplanung zukommt.
