Herausforderungen für das Management von Sportorganisationen im Kontext von Safe Sport

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Sportorganisationen, d. h. Sportverbände und -vereine, sind mit zunehmenden Herausforderungen im Bereich von Safe Sport konfrontiert. Während Gewaltvorkommnisse im organisierten Sport und hier insbesondere sexualisierte Gewalt lange Zeit „übersehen“ oder „normalisiert“ wurden, erwarten die Gesellschaft, die Politik und nicht zuletzt die Sportler*innen selbst inzwischen von Sportorganisationen einen systematischen Schutz vor Gewalt und Machtmissbrauch im Sport. Der Beitrag beleuchtet den Stand der Forschung zur Umsetzung von Schutzmaßnahmen in Sportverbänden und -vereinen und gibt Einblicke in vier zentrale Handlungsebenen für das Management von Sportorganisationen im Kontext von Safe Sport (Risikoanalyse, Prävention, Intervention und Aufarbeitung).
