Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ausgangspunkt eines nachhaltigen Kulturmanagements ist das Erkennen und Beschreiben der aktuellen kulturellen Besonderheiten des Unternehmens. Ohne Selbsterkenntnis bleibt Kulturentwicklung unbestimmt und ohne klare Richtung. Um die kulturellen Besonderheiten eines Unternehmens zu erkennen bzw. zu verstehen, ist eine umfassende Kulturanalyse unumgänglich. Dabei werden unterschiedliche Analysemethoden angewandt (Erkundung, Interviews, Online-Umfragen, Workshops). Die Verknüpfung der einzelnen Analyseergebnisse erhöht die Gültigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit der Ergebnisse und vermittelt ein umfassendes Verständnis der vorherrschenden Unternehmenskultur.
