Abstract

Zusammenfassung Digitalisierung, künstliche Intelligenz, Industrie 4.0, digitale Transformation und Disruption sind gegenwärtig in aller Munde. Was ist das Neue an dieser Entwicklung, die fast alle Unternehmen zu erfassen scheint? Vor welchen Herausforderungen stehen Unternehmen und welche Rolle kommt dabei der Unternehmenskultur zu? Welche Kompetenzen werden in der digitalen Welt vor allem benötigt? In diesem Beitrag wird die Entwicklung der Digitalisierung als ein evolutionärer Prozess nachgezeichnet, der in der neuesten Ausprägung zu disruptiven Änderungen der Geschäftsmodelle führen kann. Am Beispiel eines Unternehmens wird aufgezeigt, wie man sich systematisch der Digitalisierung nähern und mögliche Strategien in der digitalen Welt entwickeln kann. Dabei wird besonders auf die Unternehmenskultur reflektiert und es werden Bedingungen erläutert, wie die Transformationsprozesse im Rahmen der Digitalisierung gelingen können.
